We founded Rubi Jewelers on the belief that fine jewelry shouldn't require you to compromise on the radiance of your gemstones, or your conscience. So for that reason we aim to maximize both quality and sustainability when selecting the materials that we use in our jewelry. By choosing to use only responsibly sourced materials in our pieces it allows us to avoid contributing any harm to the ecosystem, while simultaneously supporting forward thinking suppliers who are working to change the industry for the better.

Our Gemstones

NATURAL DIAMONDS

Diamonds are one of the hardest natural substances found on earth. Our high-quality, high clarity grade natural diamonds are all sourced from Kimberley Process compliant suppliers. This ensures that they always come from ethical, 100% conflict free origins.

SIMULATED DIAMONDS

Our lab-created simulated diamonds have all the gorgeous sparkle of a naturally mined diamond, only at a more affordable price. And since they're sustainably created in a lab, simulated diamonds also do not cause any additional strain on the ecosystem compared to mined diamonds.

NATURAL COLORED GEMSTONES

Our natural coloured gemstones include rubies, sapphires, emeralds, aquamarine, amethyst, and citrine which have all been carefully selected from responsible, conflict free suppliers, and precision cut to maximize their gorgeous radiant glow.

SIMULATED COLORED GEMSTONES

Our lab-created simulated gemstones have all the radiant look and feel of a naturally mined stone, but at a far lower price tag. Additionally, like our simulated diamonds, they also cause less of an impact on the ecosystem compared to mined stones, since they're sustainably created in a lab.

Our Precious Metals

14K GOLD

14k gold is an alloy created from solid 24k gold which is mixed with other metals to increase it's durability. For most of our pieces we've opted to use a thick layer of 14k solid gold bonded over premium jewelers grade brass or silver. Unlike standard gold plating, our gold bonded pieces contain much more solid 14k gold, making them far more durable, and perfect for wearing everyday without needing to worry about them fading or tarnishing.

All of the gold used in our jewelry comes from 100% post consumer recycled sources. This gives them the exact same look and feel as newly mined gold, but without any of the ecological consequences caused by gold mining.

STERLING SILVER

Silver is a timeless metal known for its lustrous finish and versatile application in jewelry making. To enhance the durability and longevity of our pieces, we use a high-quality sterling silver alloy which combines 92.5% pure silver with 7.5% copper. This ensures that our silver jewelry maintains its beauty over time, while also being strong enough for daily wear.

Just like our gold, we are committed to the ethical sourcing of our silver. All of the silver used in our jewelry is procured from 100% post-consumer recycled sources. This approach ensures that our sterling silver products have the same quality and elegance as those made from newly mined silver, while also reducing the environmental impact associated with silver mining.
